Site rules and registration terms

XGEORGIA.TOP is an information platform where adults publish their own profiles. By using the site you accept these rules; by registering you also accept the registration terms.

If you do not agree with the rules, please do not use the site or register a profile.

The site is intended only for people aged 18 or over — both visitors and profile owners.

Any profile, photo or reference involving a minor is deleted immediately, the account is blocked and the information is passed to law enforcement.

By registering you confirm that you are 18 or older, that you publish the profile of your own free will and in your own name, and that the information you provide is true.

• One person may have one profile.
• You keep your username and password safe and are responsible for everything done from your account.
• A new profile is published after it is checked by the administration, which may reject it without giving a reason.
• The phone number and Telegram must belong to you and be active.

• Upload only recent photos of yourself that you have the right to publish.
• Using other people's photos, pictures taken from the internet or images of other people without their consent is forbidden.
• Age, measurements, prices and services must be accurate.
• The “100%” badge is given only by the administration after verification and may be removed at any time.
• The administration may delete or hide any photo or text that breaks these rules.

• Any coercion, trafficking, exploitation of another person or posting a profile on their behalf.
• Any content involving minors.
• Offering drugs or any other illegal goods or services.
• Fraud, including asking for prepayment for a meeting that never takes place.
• Registering in someone else's name or with false data, or one person running several profiles.
• Insulting, threatening or blackmailing visitors, or sharing their personal information.
• Spam, advertising and links to other sites in the profile text.
• Interfering with the site, automated registration or mass collection of data.

XGEORGIA.TOP is only a platform for publishing profiles. The site is not a party to any arrangement between a profile owner and a visitor, does not act as an intermediary and does not take money for meetings.

The profile owner is responsible for the profile's content. Every user is personally responsible for making sure their actions comply with the laws of Georgia.

The administration tries to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee that every profile is correct. Be careful before a meeting and never pay in advance.

• The UP button is free and lifts the profile to the top of the list no more than once every 5 minutes.
• VIP and TOP are paid packages that can be bought only from the cabinet. A package's period starts when it is activated.
• TOP profiles are listed first, then VIP, then the rest — each group sorted by last visit.
• A package does not protect against rule violations: a profile that breaks the rules may be hidden or deleted.
• For any payment question, contact support.

Any visitor can report a profile with the “Report” button. The administration reviews every report.

If the rules are broken, the administration may hide or delete the profile or block the account without prior warning.

• We store only what you enter during registration and in the cabinet: username, password (encrypted), phone, Telegram, photos and profile information.
• The profile page publicly shows the profile information, photos and the contact details you chose to add.
• We do not sell or pass your data to third parties, except where required by law.
• The site uses cookies to remember your language, day/night mode and sign-in.

You can hide your profile from visitors at any time in the cabinet. To delete the profile and your data completely, contact support on Telegram.

The administration may update these rules. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated rules.
